Take your measurements according to the instructions and choose your size from the table below.
Before measuring, put on the underwear that you plan to wear with your clothes.

1. Measure around the bust along the prominent bust line. Hold the tape measure horizontally. It should be tight, but not too tight.
2. Measure your waist circumference at the narrowest line. The measure line should be tightly wrap around the body.
3. Measure the circumference of the hips at the protruding points of the buttocks.
